Later Abortions & Infanticide
The facts about post-viability abortion and the reality of born-alive abortion survivors.
The DC Five, based on their size and wounds, appear to be victims of elective later abortions, medical experts have confirmed. Washington Surgi-Clinic, the abortion clinic their remains were recovered from, advertises abortions for any reason for “27 plus” weeks.
In particular, Christopher X and Phoenix appear to be born-alive abortion survivors who were left to die, while Harriet’s wounds indicate she suffered a brutal partial-birth abortion. They were all past viability.
We demand autopsies to verify how the DC Five were killed. Air in their lungs would indicate live birth, or a federally illegal partial-birth procedure. Intra cardiac lidocaine or chemical feticide presence would indicate that a legal procedure was used to kill these children.
Abortion providers are incentivized to perform intact and partial-birth abortion procedures on viable fetuses in order to preserve their body parts for illicit sale to academic and research institutions.
Based on Guttmacher Institute data, it’s estimated that 10,000 later abortions take place in the US each year. UCSF researcher Katrina Kimport found in multiple studies that reasons people seek later abortions are proportionate to earlier abortions.

In 2019, Philomena Grace was delivered into a restaurant toilet in Maryland. The medical examiner confirmed that Washington Surgi-Clinic had prepped her mother’s cervix for a later abortion procedure, but she went into labor early. Philomena was murdered at 25 weeks gestation, the age of a premature infant.

A study by the Society for Family Planning found that up to 50% of labor induction abortions without feticide result in live birth. Another study by the American College of Gynecologists of abortions without feticide in the second trimester also found a 50% survival rate.
ACOG also published a study that found 15.4% of labor induction abortions result in live birth. Gestational weeks 20-24 survived at a rate of 21.7%. Years 2011-2021 saw 20.8% survive overall. 24.5% of survivors were admitted to the NICU. 5.5% received palliative care.
