The Pregnant Scholar

The project of the UC Hastings Center for WorkLife Law, the Pregnant Scholar exists to educate college students, staff, and faculty about the rights of pregnant people on campus. Pregnancy discrimination is a major threat in America, and the abortion lobby knows it. Fears about loss of opportunities can largely be removed once people learn about Title IX, a crucial federal law, and about organizations looking to bring about a consistent adherence to the law in society.
