WHAT'S GOING ON WITH

THE FACE ACT?

The Freedom to Access Clinic Entrances Act of 1994 harms pro-life people and babies, and fails to protect Pregnancy Resource Centers from pro-abortion activists who use violence

  • The Biden administration is disproportionality using FACE to target, intimidate, and incarcerate peaceful pro-life activists

  • FACE was predicated on Roe v Wade which has since been reversed. There is no federal right to abortion while there are local, state and federal laws against vandalism, threats, and bombings

  • Pregnancy Resource Centers fill a need in underserved communities and can be protected through increased funding and security-not by reactive laws which work to legitimize abortion access

We need you to support these Rescuers as they are being targeted by Biden's administration!

The schedule for each day will include actions in the morning, court during business hours, and actions at night. Details will be posted to this event. The trial begins on August 9th and may go for several weeks.

How you can be involved:
1. Court Watch - attend the trial at the Federal Courthouse during the day
2. Morning actions, protest, and flyering before 10am
3. Afternoon/evening actions, protest, flyering after 5pm
