ROE OVERTURNED! PROGRESIVE PROLIFERS SAY THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING
Today, Progressive Anti-Abortion Advocates celebrate a monumental expansion of human rights with the overturning of Roe v Wade.
WASHINGTON D.C.—(June 21st, 2022) Left-leaning pro-life advocates are excited and hopeful about the Supreme Court’s decision to expand human right protections to our pre-born neighbors, and are committed to the continuation of support for pregnant people through robust policy and mutual aid efforts.
Terrisa Bukovinac, Founder and Executive Director of Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising issued the following statement:
"Today we dance on the grave of Roe vs. Wade. Humankind is now one step closer to justice for the 60 million unborn victims of systemic state-sanctioned, eugenic, and profit-driven murder. All people are guaranteed equal protection under the law as enshrined in the 14th amendment, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC people, and those yet to be born. We demand that this existing constitutional law is enforced across all 50 states, beginning now.”
PAAU Director of Activism, Lauren Handy, states:
"This decision is just the start. Tomorrow, we begin the work of overturning outdated abortion laws that harm parents and children. We are coming for every state capitol. In states where abortion is no longer legal, we will double down on our efforts to support vulnerable parents and families through mutual aid. And we will be at the forefront of the fight in blue states: progressives stand up for the rights of the weakest in society. This is a monumental day for leftist anti-abortion activists and we are not going back."
Pro-lifers have been in it for the long game, bravely working against the legal killing of human beings via Roe for the past 50 years, and we will continue to fight for life. Big Abortion’s days of exploiting marginalized communities will end.
Life is winning!
