Welcoming Ephraim Manna: Our Fall 2023 Intern bringing PAAU to Boston

We are thrilled to introduce our PAAU Fall 2023 intern, Ephraim Manna, a dedicated and passionate advocate who brings with him a profound commitment to the consistent life ethic. As we embark on this new season of change and growth, Ephraim's presence promises to inspire and educate us all.

Who is Ephraim Manna?

Ephraim Manna is a driven young individual who hails from Paterson, New Jersey, where his early exposure to social issues and a strong sense of justice propelled him toward a life dedicated to advocating for the protection of life in all its forms. Ephraim's educational journey has taken him through an array of diverse experiences, from undergraduate studies in theology to volunteer work with various humanitarian organizations. His passion for social justice and his deep-seated belief in the consistent life ethic have shaped his academic and personal pursuits.

Constant Pro Life Ethic: What It Means

Ephraim Manna's dedication to the consistent life ethic is at the core of his beliefs and actions. This ethical stance goes beyond the traditional pro-life or pro-choice labels associated with reproductive rights. It embraces a broader, holistic perspective that values life at every stage and in all its manifestations. Ephraim is driven by the idea that life deserves protection, support, and care not only in the context of abortion but in every aspect of our society.

This ethic recognizes that to truly respect life, one must champion not only the preborn but also issues such as healthcare access, poverty reduction, criminal justice reform, environmental sustainability, and more. It extends to a dedication to alleviating suffering and promoting human dignity across various demographics, from the preborn to the elderly, and from refugees to the marginalized.

Ephraim Manna's Impactful Work

Ephraim's journey into the realm of social justice has not been without its challenges, but his unwavering dedication and willingness to engage in difficult conversations make him a compelling advocate for the preborn and other oppressed people groups. Throughout his academic career, he has worked on research projects, written essays, and engaged in debates that aim to shed light on the multifaceted issues surrounding life and human dignity. He has also volunteered with organizations that focus on healthcare access for underserved populations and education initiatives for children in marginalized communities.

Ephraim's vision is not limited to philosophical discourse or abstract debates. He believes in translating his ethical convictions into practical solutions and positive change. His experiences demonstrate a practical application of the consistent life ethic, advocating for change at the grassroots level and working towards systemic reforms.

What to Expect from Ephraim Manna's Internship

Rescue is very important to Ephraim and his vision of community defense. He looks to powerful heroic people in the movement such as Joan Andrews Bell and her quote, “We don’t Rescue ideas, we Rescue people.” He sees Rescue as the only option left for the Anti-Abortion movement and the last act of love that a child in the womb will ever receive. He hopes to plan and execute Rescues around Boston to show love to the babies that will be slaughtered.

Ephraim will also be a head organizer for the Boston Anti Abortion Uprising, an affinity group of PAAU. He believes that there is a lot of work that needs to be done in Boston, as abortion is so ingrained into its society. PAAU’s mission must be spread in Boston, as it is such a progressive city. But to be truly progressive means to care for all life and not to advocate for the slaughter of the preborn. He hopes to use community defense and active education to change the pro-abortion Bostonian culture.

During his time with PAAU, Ephraim will bring his passion for the consistent life ethic to our team, enriching our work with fresh perspectives and new ideas. His presence will challenge us to think more comprehensively about social justice and life advocacy. Ephraim's ability to engage in constructive dialogue and seek common ground will serve as a valuable asset as we navigate complex and sensitive issues.

We eagerly anticipate the energy and dedication that Ephraim Manna will bring to our organization, and we look forward to the positive impact he will have on our projects and initiatives during the Fall 2023 internship.

As we welcome Ephraim into our team, we are reminded of the power of passionate individuals who commit themselves to a consistent life ethic. It is a timely reminder that advocacy for life is not a one-dimensional issue but a multi-faceted, evolving conversation that deserves our attention and care.

Stay tuned for updates on Ephraim Manna's journey and the work we will accomplish together this fall as we strive to create a more compassionate, inclusive, and equitable world for all.

PAAU is proud to support Ephraim as he joins our mission to promote a whole life ethic in our society. Together, we will work towards a future where every life is valued, protected, and empowered.
